C. Justin Henry
Justin served three years as an Army infantryman from 2006 – 2009. His service includes a 14-month deployment to Iraq as part of the Surge campaign where his unit was charged with reducing the violence in and around Baghdad. During Justin’s service in Iraq he worked closely with local national interpreters as well as American security contractors. He understands the commitment and sacrifice that local nationals made to work with and help the United States military and that is why is he so zealously represents his clients in their Defense Base Act claims.
His past experience includes successfully representing individuals in both criminal and family law matters in South Carolina state courts. He currently represents clients across the United States and in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Justin graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2012 with a B.A. in International Studies with an Islamic Studies concentration. He then graduated from the Savannah Law School in 2016 with a Juris Doctor.
Justin is a member of the South Carolina bar.
